Excellent opportunity to work for a multi-national billion-dollar market leader, selling an impressive range of laboratory services to the Food and Beverage manufacturing sector.


THE COMPANY: Established in the 80s, our client is a genuine market leader in their sector and has a turnover in the billions and a headcount in the tens of thousands worldwide. They are innovative and invest heavily to ensure they maintain their market position. Due to impressive growth last year, they are looking to expand their Irish sales team


THE ROLE: The successful Account Manager will be responsible for selling an impressive range of laboratory services into the food and beverage manufacturing sector throughout the country. You will be selling to a range of decision-makers, including laboratory managers, QC and NPD. You will also get involved in contract negotiations at board level. This role will be account management focussed, however, you will also be responsible for driving new business opportunities in your designated territory. You will be handling Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts to begin with, with the opportunity to progress to Tier 1 if you are successful. An impressive training scheme and progression opportunities are on offer for the right candidate.

Territory = TBC - Flexible for the right candidate


THE PERSON: Ideally, you will have experience dealing with laboratory departments and you will be capable of securing large contracts, negotiated at board level. Our client will favor candidates that arrive with a scientific background and/or have worked in a laboratory in the past. Our client is eager to meet with candidates that arrive with a strong track record of selling into the food and beverage manufacturing sector - any product range or service will be applicable if you have strong connections within the F+B manufacturing sector. You will be polished, driven with a proven track record of success.


THE PACKAGE FOR SALES EXECUTIVE:
Salary: €40,000 - €50,000
Bonus: 15%
Company car + fuel card

LOCATION: Ideally you will be based within commutable distance to Dublin but will be flexible for the right candidate eg: Galway, Limerick, Cork, etc.
