Key Account Sales Specialist

Salary: €50,000-€65,000 DOE + bonus + car / car allowance + full benefits

THE ROLE:

This is a high-quality key account role focused on managing and developing hospital relationships across Ireland. You will take ownership of a defined group of accounts, working closely with clinical teams, theatre staff, procurement and hospital management to support product usage, drive growth within existing accounts and introduce new solutions where appropriate.

The role is relationship-led rather than aggressive new business. You will spend your time building trust with customers, providing product support and training, supporting evaluations and tenders, and ensuring your accounts are well looked after. You will work with a mix of medical equipment, surgical products and consumables, giving variety and strong repeat business.

You will have the autonomy to manage your territory, backed by an established internal structure and experienced management team.

THE PERSON:

This role will suit an experienced medical sales professional selling devices, equipment or consumables into hospitals. It will also strongly suit a clinically trained candidate, such as a nurse or theatre-based professional, who is looking to move into a commercial, field-based role.

You will be confident dealing with healthcare professionals, organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple hospital accounts. You do not need to be a "hard closer" - this role is about credibility, relationships and consistency. A full driving licence is essential.

Base salary €50,000-€65,000 depending on experience
