IT Support Executive

The Role:

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support, platform training, account reviews, and ongoing technical guidance. You'll work closely with regional sales teams, contribute to demos and tenders, and ensure customers get the most from their TEC and monitoring systems. Regular customer visits, strong relationship building, and effective communication are key.

You'll also collaborate with R&D on new software/firmware testing, maintain accurate CRM activity, and provide industry insight to support wider commercial growth. This is a hands‑on, customer‑focused role ideal for someone confident with IT systems and passionate about supporting technology that makes a real impact.

Requirements:

  • Experience in TEC/Assisted Living
  • IT support/Customer service/customer facing
  • Microsoft certified/SIP telephony
  • Confident delivering training and support
  • Well‑organised, proactive, adaptable, trouble shooting

The Package for Business Development Manager:

  • £40,000 basic salary
  • Hybrid or electric company car (Tesla, BMW, Polestar etc.)
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Progression through a global with many internal routes.

Location:

The North and Scotland (Derby and up)
