Internal Sales Representative - Capital Equipment
Location: Birr, Co. Offaly (Office-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Salary: €30,000 - €40,000 base salary plus commission
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer of capital equipment and machinery, seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join their office-based team in Birr, Co. Offaly. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded individual with a background in engineering, farming, or machinery sales to develop their career with a respected company.
About the Role:
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will:
- Provide expert product advice and sales support to customers, responding to inquiries via phone and email.
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients in various industries.
- Assist customers in choosing the right equipment for their needs, leveraging your technical knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and excellent service delivery.
- Work proactively to identify opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.
What We're Looking For:
- Recent Engineering graduates looking to break into sales
- A strong farming/agricultural background, with machinery experience, looking to break into sales
- Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand capital equipment.
- Sales experience is desirable but not essential; the key requirement is a passion for helping customers and solving problems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
- A self-motivated and organized approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
