Internal Sales Representative

The Role:
This is a Monday to Friday role. 5 days will be office-based in South Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining attention to detail at all times
- Respond to customer enquiries, offering prompt and knowledgeable support
- Provide technical advice and assistance on product selection and specifications
- Work closely with the field sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
- Experience in internal sales or B2B customer service is essential
- A background in the construction industry is highly desirable, but experience in other industries may also be considered
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset
- An aptitude for understanding technical products and offering practical advice
