Internal Sales Representative
Internal sales for Irish leading construction supplier. Based in Cork. Clear career progression to move into direct sales/field sales. €30,000 - €45,000 base salary.
THE COMPANY:
A leading construction supplier established over 35 years ago and with a sales turnover of more than €200+ million, this Irish company is enjoying some excellent growth hence their current requirement for a new Internal Sales representative. They sell a wide range of construction products and consumables e.g.: timber, sealants, Bricks, Insulation, Cladding, etc to contractors both big and small.
THE ROLE:
This is an inbound sales/sales support role based full-time in the branch in Cork City. You will be part of a dynamic team in a great environment with full training provided. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and building/maintaining customer relationships. This role is 100% account management and you will not be expected to do any cold calling.
This is a Monday to Friday role based in the office in Cork City. There is also a Saturday rota where you must work 1 Saturday morning every 3 weeks. This is non-negotiable.
THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate will have a track record in sales, ideally in an internal or trade counter role. Exposure to the construction sector is highly desirable but not essential. You need to be commercially astute, well-presented, and IT literate. A full company induction is offered.
