Internal Key Account Manager

The Role: The role of Internal Key Account Manager with one of our clients is an exciting sales role ready for the new Financial Year. They are a major player within the fluid power sector and have a wide ranging offering. The Internal Key Account Manager will be selling a vast array of fluid power products such as couplings, compressors, actuators, and tooling from a wide variety of prestigious manufacturers. The Internal Key Account Manager will be selling these into OEMs, End Users, and other distribution partners such as Eriks, RUBIX, and RS Components. This position will be heavily account management focused, but there is great scope for you to generate new business streams.

This Internal Key Account Manager role will specialise on our client's industrial offering, but as you will be joining a large group of companies you have the ability to upsell and cross sell a broad range of other specialist equipment to the benefit of the business and your bonus!

The Company: This organisation has been through an exciting restructure in the last two years following the integration of many businesses under one new brand. The Internal Key Account Manager will be joining the highly successful Industrial Division and based in new offices in Oldbury in the West Midlands. They have invested a lot into training, development, and progression planning people. They are keen to promote from within when opportunities arise, and make sure people get everything they need to be successful in their role.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Have a B2B field sales track record in industrial sales & preferably fluid power
  • Understanding of the sales process with distribution and end users/OEMs
  • Have an eagerness and willingness to learn & develop
  • Have a background with fluid power products
  • Commutable to Oldbury in the West Midlands Monday to Friday

Salary: £28,000-32,000 basic salary DOE + £10k uncapped bonus + 25 days holiday + pension scheme
