Our client is a family-run M&E contractor delivering projects across the North East of England. Due to growth, they seek a Lead Heating & Ventilation Installer covering Yarm and surrounding areas.
Role: Lead on-site delivery of mechanical installations, ensuring high standards, safety, and efficiency with minimal supervision.
Key Duties:
· Install/repair heating, ventilation & pipework systems
· Work on AHUs, extraction, gas plant & flues
· Fault finding, site checks & reporting
· Ensure H&S and compliance
Requirements:
· NVQ/C&G Level 3 (or equivalent)
· 3+ years' experience
· CSCS & UK driving licence
Package:
Up to £42.5k + vehicle, 25 days holiday + BH, pension, training & progression
