Healthcare Field Sales - Specialist Seating

Salary - £40,000 + £10,000 uncapped bonus + van (no tax)

THE ROLE: Your focus will be selling to the community such as local authorities, councils, loan stores, dealer networks etc. This role is business critical territory and will in turn be a large contributing factor to the success of the company. You will be assessing seating needs in the community, working with and supporting trusted distributors.
- Responsible for implementing the sales strategy put in place from the sales director
- Focusing solely on specialist posture and pressure care management (chairs and seating solutions)
- Typical stakeholders you will engage with are; NHS commissioners, partnership managers, procurement, occupational therapists and clinical leads.
THE PRODUCTS:
- The portfolio has the potential to evolve and adapt to an individual's needs, as conditions progress or users change.
- Modularity reduces the cost of specialist and enables equipment loan stores to refurbish and reallocate a chair to a new user.
- This adaptability enables it to be recycled to new users - extending the product's lifecycle, minimising wastage and helping to reduce the carbon footprint of stores.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR;
- Ideally a specialist seating background
- Medical field sales experience or clinical backgrounds wanting sales
- Full driving licence
