Senior EHS Advisor
Location: Cork | Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: €55,000 - €70,000 DOE + Pension & Healthcare

The Role
Support the delivery of best-in-class health, safety and environmental standards across multiple construction sites:
- Advise site and project teams on all EHS matters and ensure compliance with legislation
- Support and improve company-wide EHS systems in line with ISO standards
- Deliver site audits, inspections, toolbox talks and inductions
- Review RAMS and provide guidance to reduce risk on site
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Contribute to EHS reporting, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support training and development, including graduate-level EHS programmes
The Person
- Degree or diploma in Health & Safety or related discipline
- 5+ years' experience in a construction EHS role
- Strong knowledge of Irish H&S legislation and site practices
- Confident communicator with ability to influence teams on site
- Proactive, organised and solutions-focused
