A rare opportunity to join a market-leading supplier of products and services to the UK orthodontic laboratory industry at a key stage of growth.
This family-owned business, recognised as the number one player in its sector, is preparing to scale from £25m to £50m turnover - and is looking for an experienced procurement leader to help deliver that ambition.
As Head of Procurement, you will develop and implement procurement strategy across two sites, manage a team of three, oversee supplier relationships globally, and drive improvements across purchasing, inventory, logistics, and commercial performance.
With responsibility for a catalogue of 155,000+ SKUs and around 120 supplier partners, this is a hands-on leadership role combining long-term strategic planning with day-to-day operational excellence.
About you:
✔ MCIPS or relevant degree preferred
✔ Senior procurement/supply chain experience
✔ Ideally experience within dental, medical or related healthcare sector
✔ Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
✔ Commercial, data-driven approach
✔ ERP and Excel proficiency
On site office based in High Wycombe with travel to Huddersfield.
