GTM Engineer (Outbound / RevOps) - B2B

Remote (Netherlands-based only) with 1 day per week in Amsterdam | €65-75k + bonus

· Build and scale outbound pipeline across global markets

· Own segmentation, outreach, automation and performance

· Measured on meetings, response rates and engagement

· Work directly with Sales (no SDR layer)

· First GTM Engineer in a growing RevOps function

The Role

This is a hands-on role focused on building outbound pipeline.

You'll define ICPs, test segments, run campaigns (email + LinkedIn Sales Nav) and improve performance over time. The goal is simple: generate meetings and help Sales convert pipeline.

You'll also improve data quality and introduce tooling and automation where needed.

What you'll be doing

· Build and optimise outbound campaigns

· Define and test targeting and segments

· Create messaging and sequences

· Work closely with Sales to generate meetings

· Track and improve response and conversion rates

· Refine tools, data and workflows

What success looks like

· More meetings generated from outbound

· Strong response and engagement rates

· Better performing segments and targeting

· Clear contribution to pipeline

What we're looking for

· Experience in RevOps, Sales Ops or Marketing Ops tied to outbound

· Strong understanding of prospecting, segmentation and messaging

· Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and LI Sales Nav

· Exposure to tools like Clay, Apollo or similar

· Data-led mindset with focus on testing and performance
