What would my role be?
Based in Bristol you will start life as a sales trainee, joining a well-established team of salespeople. Representing their range of timber products when speaking to clients, your role will largely involve dealing with existing customers (75%) with an additional element of hunting new business opportunities.
The aim of this graduate role is to progress you into a client-facing position, initially going on meetings with another member of the sales team before starting to lead them independently.

- You are coachable, not expected to start with all the answers, you are keen to immerse yourself in all the training provided to flourish in your new role
- You have a Drivers licence, In this role you will be combining a mixture of internal work and face to face with clients.
What is the package offered to a graduate?
