  The Company: Having been in business for the last 30+ years this company is now private equity backed and looking to kick on with their growth plan. As part of that they are boosting headcount within their distribution business which is where the Graduate Sales Executive position is situated. They have a strong reputation across the southern region of the country and are looking to capitalise on that moving forward by adding someone hungry & ambitious to the team.   The Role: As a Graduate Sales Executive in this position, you will have the autonomy to find, develop and win business within your territory. The company are a major distributor of aggregates in the southern region and focus most of their sales on a recycled aggregate product. You'll be selling to groundworkers, contractors and house builders, developing relationships across Hampshire.   This is a completely graduate role, with no experience needed. You will be given full product & sales training, doing lots of shadowing, before feeling comfortable enough to start going out to meetings on your own.   The majority of the role will be based out on the road across Hampshire meeting clients. You will be required to go into the office in Southampton once per week, with additional working time spent at home. A company car is provided!   We are looking for sales candidates who meet the following criteria:
