Graduate Sales Executive

- £28k basic salary, £40k OTE
- 3 days a week in office, 2 days WFH
- Selling to clients in the Pharmaceutical & Defence sectors
This client are looking to take on two Graduate Business Development Executives in Central London, seeking a confident, ambitious graduate!
What do the company do?
Originally set up in America but now trading globally, this £150 million turnover company specialise in hosting conferences for the Pharmaceutical and Defence sectors.
With the likes of FTSE 100 companies as well as huge public sector organisations amongst the top bill for these conferences, they are a huge attraction for senior executives amongst different companies looking to network and discover trends within the industry.
These events are held across Europe and the US.
What would my role be?
With the initial months of the role spent running through a huge training and development programme, your role will be split between account management of existing clients and looking to bring in new executives to these events.
As you move forward in the role, you will start to get more involved in the side of the business that deals with companies that actually present at these events, winning bigger contracts & thus earning more commission! This will see you taking advantage of all the commercial awareness and sales training that you build up during those initial months.
With the role being based in Central London 3 times per week, they are ideally looking for candidates to be within an hour commute.
What do I need for this role?
There is no sales experience here, this is a fully graduate based role. The company are looking for someone that is confident, enthusiastic and super keen to kick off a sales career.
