What is this business?

What would my role be?
Joining as a Graduate Sales Development Representative, your role is to join the sales team in bidding to increase the amount of Primary & Secondary schools you’re selling into. You will work Monday-Thursday, with two days spent in the London office and two days spent at home.
It’s crucial to be a great relationship builder. You will be reaching out to key decision makers such as HeadTeachers and Vice Principals, reacting to inbound leads passed to you by the marketing team. Your aim will be to build the initial relationship with a prospective client before booking a further appointment for an experienced sales team member to close the business.
The longer term goal of this role is to move you into a role where you can start to close business yourself (boosting the commission you earn even more!) and then starting to manage relations with existing clients, as well as even managing your own sales team.
