We are looking for 6 North-West graduates to join this Graduate Sales Associate Programme with Chubb - a market leading fire and security business! In short they are offering:

The Role:

As a Graduate Sales Associate at Chubb, you will be educated on the Company, its products, the market and will benefit from continuous training. Chubb are committed to enrolling you on the Level 4 Sales Executive Standard - giving you fully accredited sales training and the equivalent of a foundation degree in B2B sales to equip you with all of the tools and skills needed to flourish in a successful sales career.

In this role you will:

  • Work closely with marketing to move prospects from marketing campaigns to sales funnels
  • Identify new project installations and growth initiatives through new customers and sectors
  • Lead qualification of inbound enquiries; customer research and building rapport - Book new business opportunity meetings for experienced team members across the commercial, frontline and enterprise teams.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs, challenges and objectives
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through proposals and presentations
  • Contribute to the ongoing creation and further development of winning propositions - Selling mainly to Facilities Managers, Property Managers and Managing Directors.
  • Proactively working across all sales channels to maximize cross selling opportunities as part of the Chubb FS strategic Imperative.
  • Lead nurturing will be a combination of calling customers from company generated prospects from Marketing and self-generation activity
  • Involvement in renewal negotiations for the retention strategy; acquire, serve and retail

As a Graduate Sales Associate, the package you will receive is:

  • Basic salary; £27500
  • Commission which will be approximately £4k-£5k (uncapped) in year 1 on top of your salary

The Role Requirements:

  • Must be able to start from the 2 nd September
  • Fantastic Verbal and written communication Skills
  • Full UK driving license * Ability to work hybrid - between home and the Blackburn Hub
  • Strong work ethic and a team player who can also work well on their own initiative * Inquisitive nature
  • Great ability to build relationships
  • Desire to have a long successful sales career within a marketing leading and growing business
