Graduate Sales Associate

The company: Our client are a leading manufacturer of foam control agents. From vegetable processing through to water treatment , they have a foam control solution to the problem.

Furthermore, they offer over 200 products such as high performance lubricants, surface coatings and silicone emulsions ensuring they are able to supply both off-the-shelf and bespoke solutions tailored to their clients' unique requirements.

What will my role be?

Working as a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to support the sales process through attending trade shows, setting up new customers, handling inbound sales enquiries and sample requests.

Our client work with a flexible, hybrid working model. Typically your week will consist of 3 days in the office in Middlewich, being on the site where your products are manufactured with the remaining 2 working from home. There will also be opportunity to represent your brand and product at trade shows or through shadowing a field based visit.

Do I need any experience?

This is a graduate role - you're not expected to know everything on day one!

Full training will be provided, with an ongoing support system as you begin your career. In addition, the business have invested in a Level 4 Sales Apprenticeship training program facilitated by BMS Progress.

With no experience needed, the company are looking for someone that will show potential for these roles through their transferable skills. Confidence, relationship building and a self-starter mentality would all be welcomed - alongside a huge eagerness to learn!
