Our client is a global SaaS company with operations in the US, UK and Australia and are looking to grow their team further with the help of 3 new graduates who are eager and hungry to kick start their sales career. Currently trusted by over 850 customers with 500,000 users worldwide it's an exciting time to join this fast-growing sales team in a company planning for continual growth over the next few years.
And what will you be doing?
Our client are looking to recruit, train and develop 4 exceptional candidates for their fast growing sales team based in central Manchester. As a Business Development Representative, you will identify, qualify and book new business opportunities with health and safety professionals in the UK market. Your role is proactively outreaching to new potential clients and looking to increase the revenue bought into the business. Having a level of resilience with a drive to succeed and hit a high earning potential will definitely help in seeing success within this role!!!
Offering business critical software to ensure compliance is met within the workplace you will deal with contracts that can exceed £150k. Progression is highly encouraged within, and they prefer to promote within, seeing roles such as Senior BDR, BDM or a variety of other routes as potential growth opportunities!
The company have a fantastic track record of retaining and developing graduates that enter the business and will look at a variety of progression routes both continuing in and moving away from sales where desired!

As a Graduate Business Development Representative, the package you will receive is:
- £25,000 Base salary
- Plus £12,000 bonus!

What you will do:
First 6 months
- Learn a lot!
- Develop the imperative skills to further your career in sales
- Develop relationships with health and safety professionals
- Prospect potential customers via phone, email, social media to set up discovery demos
- Help more senior sales colleagues and learn as you watch!
Next 6-12 months
- Consistently meet or exceed your targets each week/month
- Share your opinions and insights with sales leadership - you'll be the one speaking with our future customers all day!
- Begin to learn and understand the full sales process
- Further develop a relationship with more senior sales colleagues to gain an understanding of the potential next step in your career
