About This Company:

Our client is a rapidly expanding business who are seeking an ambitious graduate to join their sales team to aid this growth. They provide a tech platform which offers end-to-end property management for clients within the luxury/high-end rental space. Their client-base focuses on 4 key areas across the US which means that the successful candidate will be expected to work US hours (2pm-10pm).

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: You'll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, understanding how you can add value and booking in meetings with a senior salesperson.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects in the US market. This is through effective communication, ensuring they understand the value of what you can offer.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the senior sales team to strategise on lead generation and conversion techniques. 
  • Meet targets: You will be working towards daily KPIs and targets to ensure business growth.

What you will receive:

  • £30k base
  • £45k + OTE in year 1.
  • Flexible working - hours are 2pm-10m Monday to Friday.
