The Company:

Our client has a rich history spanning over 150 years and sells workplace solutions into businesses across the UK. These products include everything from PPE/ workwear and furniture to audits and recycling services. This is sold into any kind of commercial business (think automotive, healthcare, offices, retail) and because of ambitious growth plans this company is looking for a graduate BDM to join the team.

The role:

As a Graduate Business Development Manager, you will be both office and field based, as you play a vital role in winning, retaining, and increasing sales with accounts across the Staffordshire area. Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. By working closely with internal teams, you will ensure exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

This position is perfect for someone that wants to get out and about visiting businesses face to face, whilst also having the opportunity to immerse themselves in a team environment when located in the office!

You will be given full internal training, following your induction week you can expect 1-2-1 meetings with your mentor, alongside fully funded and accredited level 4 sales training through BMS Progress!

The Package:

  • £24,000 basic salary with year 1 earnings to be £30,000!
