What does the Junior Business Development Manager role look like?

Working as a Junior Business Development Manager, you'll join an existing sales team in an entry level role. It's a field sales role covering the Northwest across to Sheffield, meaning the ideal candidate will be based around the centre of the patch - Manchester, Warrington and Stockport are all good locations.

A typical day-to-day to build pipeline will consist of reaching out to potential new clients proactively through cold calling, social selling and email campaigns. This will be the process for around 2 days per week, the aim being able to book face-to-face meetings that you'll conduct across your patch over the rest of the week.

Applications will be managed by BMS Performance, market leaders in sales recruitment.
