The company are a specialist intelligence-led security partner, providing a complete suite of security services for organisations looking for solutions more tailored to their needs. They offer a range of security solutions including Security Officers, Guest Services, Close Protection, Mobile Security, Event Security, Security Systems and much more!

As part of their expansion, they are looking for an ambitious graduate to join the sales team and to drive new business.

The Role

The company are seeking a Graduate Business Development Executive to support them in providing their leading security services. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into face-to-face sales as you will be meeting prospective customers all over the UK. When you are not working from hope, all travel expenses are covered and whilst a Driving License is essential, you will largely travel via train.

You will be targeting a range of industry sectors including Rail, Education, Corporate, Retail and Property Management Companies and will typically be speaking with Procurement, Head of Security, Operations Directors and Managing Directors. The candidate applying must be confidence and articulate to converse on a commercial level.

The role includes a comprehensive 12-month training programme designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to excel in a professional b2b sales role.

Who are you?

  • A graduate of any discipline.
  • A strong interest working towards targets and KPIs with a high level of resilience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage decision-makers in a remote working environment.
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude who thrives in a results-driven, remote work setup.
  • Ideally, you will be based in or around the Midlands to enable occasional face-to-face meetings in the future.
