Our client is a market-leading assessment and training provider that offers up to 350 vocational qualifications and 20 apprenticeship standards. Established in 2013 they are the fastest-growing Awarding Organisation in the UK and now work with over 500 schools, colleges, universities, and training providers across the world to provide qualification certificates, endorsements, and apprenticeships to over 150,000 learners.

The Role:

As a Graduate Business Development Executive, you will be based from their Manchester office and join a growing team.

You will generate business largely by outbound activity (i.e. call, emails, LinkedIn etc), however 30% of your leads will be incoming enquiries.

This role is at the forefront of their business with responsibility for driving the success of the business through proactive engagement with prospective clients. This role is cross-functional, working internally with a number of teams to ensure the entire customer experience is exceptional and creates long-lasting partnerships. This is a great opportunity for a graduate looking to begin their sales career in business development. If you work hard you can except to be promoted in 12 months!

The package:

  • Basic - £25,000
  • OTE - £30,000 - £35,000 (Uncapped)
