The Company

Our client specialises in the formulation, manufacturing, and supply of chemical-based water treatment products that is primarily sold into the agriculture industry amongst others. Products such as water treatment, disinfectants and filtration can be tailored which means this bespoke product offers a cost-effective and direct solution to businesses.

With a workforce number heading towards three figures, they are now expanding the team by bringing hungry graduates into the sales team that are looking for an opportunity to kickstart their career!

The role:

Working as a Graduate Business Development Executive, you will be working alongside the experienced sales team in as you kick-start your career and offer you important guidance early in your career.

You'll receive company and product training, as well as extensive training on how sales process works & how you'll start to develop leads.

As you start to gain more independence in the role, your function will revolve around developing a client base to boost revenue and extend relationships, by sharing market insight and demonstrating products.

There are multiple progression routes moving forward in the role which include Key Account Management, Sales Leadership and more. On top of this, you will be offered more opportunity to visit clients face to face and close business opportunities in person.
