Graduate Area Sales Manager

Job Overview:
Our client are seeking an entry-level Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The candidate will work 2 days from home and 3 days on the road, visiting customers, and promoting our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, building new relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is South London, Sussex, Surrey or Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong client base within the South east
- Drive sales by promoting and selling our floor cleaning equipment to customers
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Work with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- A strong desire to develop a career in sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license
- Sales experience is advantageous but not essential
Salary and Benefits:
- £28,000 base salary
- £40,000 OTE
- Company car
- 25 days holiday + your birthday off.
