Graduate Area Sales Manager

Job Overview:

Our client are seeking an entry-level Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The candidate will work 2 days from home and 3 days on the road, visiting customers, and promoting our products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, building new relationships, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate is South London, Sussex, Surrey or Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong client base within the South east
  • Drive sales by promoting and selling our floor cleaning equipment to customers
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
  • Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
  • Work with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • A strong desire to develop a career in sales
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license
  • Sales experience is advantageous but not essential

Salary and Benefits:

  • £28,000 base salary
  • £40,000 OTE
  • Company car
