Area Sales Executive

The Purpose of the Role of
Area Sales Executive - DIY Products:
The new Area Sales Executive for North West and Central England will be tasked with growing sales of a wide range of Bostik's DIY and construction consumables such as adhesives and sealants across an established customer base of national builders merchants, which includes Jewson and Travis Perkins. On a daily basis you will visit these customers, working in partnership with them to identify and convert opportunities to grow revenue and margin. This will include expanding product ranges stocked, point of sale improvement and holding trade days to demonstrate products and deliver product training to both branch staff and consumers.

For the position of Area Sales Executive - DIY Products, we are looking for people who meet the following criteria:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Keen to learn and to grow with the company
  • You will be enthusiastic with strong relationship building skills and the ability to deal at all levels
  • Maths & English grade C / 4
  • Driving licence
  • For company vehicle insurance, candidates must be 21 or older
  • Able to stay away from home regularly
