The Company

Fast-growing international SaaS business operating across Europe and North America. Events are a key part of how the business builds pipeline, engages customers and supports commercial growth.

The Opportunity

This is a newly expanded role within a growing global marketing team. You'll take ownership of the global events programme, delivering trade shows, customer events, webinars and internal events across multiple regions. Success is measured on lead quality, pipeline contribution and ROI.

The Role

· Own and deliver the global events calendar

· Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, webinars and customer events

· Manage logistics, budgets, suppliers, venues and timelines

· Work closely with Sales to ensure events support pipeline growth

· Partner with Brand and Content teams to ensure strong messaging and experience

· Track and report on attendee engagement, lead quality, pipeline and ROI

About You

You are a commercially minded events professional who understands how events contribute to pipeline and revenue, not just awareness. You are highly organised, calm under pressure and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once.

You'll bring:

· B2B events, field marketing or event project management

· Experience delivering trade shows, conferences and customer events end-to-end in the US and across Europe

· Experience within a SaaS, technology or fast-growth B2B environment

· Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines

· Experience working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams

· Confidence managing suppliers, venues, agencies and budgets

· Experience using CRM and marketing tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure ROI and commercial impact

· Experience with more immersive or experiential events would be beneficial, as would familiarity with tools such as WordPress, Figma or Canva.

Why Apply:

Own and shape a growing global events programme within a fast-scaling SaaS business, with the opportunity to have visible impact on pipeline, growth and the wider commercial function.
