Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a small service engineering team.
* Perform hands-on field engineering, including Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
* Manage client contracts and ensure service excellence.
* Maintain and expand client relationships to acquire new contracts.
* Provide technical support and drive continuous service improvements.
Key Requirements:
* Multi-skilled service engineer, ideally with a medical industry background.
* Strong electrical skills preferred.
* Excellent communication and client management abilities.
* Ambitious, motivated, and ready to step up to a management role.
* No prior sales experience needed.
Package:
* Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE + pension.
* Company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone provided.
* Commission and bonus scheme.
* Flexible working, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
* 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).
