The Role:

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site corrective and preventative maintenance on water purification systems, ensuring top-tier service to clients. You will also offer after-sales technical and commercial support, identifying opportunities to improve client systems and reporting on progress. Once fully trained, participation in the on-call rota for weekend and out-of-hours work will be required. Field service engineers from coffee machine and vending industries, as well as ex-forces personnel with an electro-mechanical background, are encouraged to apply.

This is a field based role covering the Southwest, candidate needs to be based around 1hr from Bristol

What We're Looking For:

  • Formal vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential for travel requirements).
  • Full right to work without Sponsorship
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in a service engineering or technical support role is desirable.
  • Experience in the water industry, healthcare, or scientific sectors is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Background in field service engineering (e.g., coffee machines, vending) or ex-forces with electro-mechanical skills is highly desirable.

The Package:

  • Salary: £30,000 - £34,000.
  • Door to Door overtime opportunities average 8-15K per annum.
