Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dedicated team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our pharmacy robotics systems at customer sites. You will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure pharmacy robotics systems at customer sites.
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure system uptime and reliability.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to address complex technical challenges.
  • Conduct training sessions for pharmacy staff to ensure efficient system utilization.
  • Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and customer communication.


Qualifications:

  • Proven Mechanical/Electrical Engineering background.
  • Experience in field service engineering, preferably working on heavy equipment such as Assembly line, Automation, .
  • Strong knowledge mechatronics systems.
  • Proficiency in diagnostics and installation.
  • Excellent level of customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
