Based in the South West of England, they have their own in-house design and manufacturing facilities, allowing them to develop and produce high-quality British fume cupboards. They are recognized as leaders in the field, offering comprehensive services for both their own products and those of other manufacturers. Their dedicated team of engineers ensures exceptional installation, commissioning, and maintenance solutions, prioritizing customer satisfaction and delivering outstanding results. The Role:
- Field-based position covering the South East of England and London.
- Responsible for installation, commissioning, servicing, and repair of fume cupboards and laminar flow cabinets.
- Ensure excellent standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years field experience in a service role.
- Sound mechanical (industrial) installation experience.
- Basic electrical knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Full UK license
- Acceptance of overnights away -
- IT literate - Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Package:
- Salary: £32,000-£35,000.
- Bonus of up to £1,500.
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with time served.
