The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of commercial catering equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, maintain and troubleshoot commercial catering equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
- Install and repair gas lines and gas appliances.
- Carry out preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency breakdowns
Requirements:
- A proven background experience as a catering equipment engineer.
- Relevant technical qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of electrical and gas safety regulations.
- Experience with commercial catering equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, dishwashers, and refrigeration units.
- Strong problem-solving skills
Working Conditions: This job requires the engineer to work on-site, often in commercial kitchens, Sports arenas, and Hotels
