Market leading supplier of industrial packaging and printing equipment is seeking a Field Service Engineer!
THE COMPANY:
Our client has been around for over 50 years and have been front runners across Ireland, the UK, and Europe in innovation, development, manufacturing and sales of high-quality printing and labelling solutions and technologies. Due to our client's worldwide business success, they are now in the position to add a Field Service Engineer to their growing team!
THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be field based in manufacturing environments across Ireland mainly Dublin but with nationwide work and travel also, with the following duties:
- Providing electrical, mechanical service & maintenance work on the printing equipment
- Performing routine and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimise downtime
- Diagnose and troubleshooting issues
- Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment
THE PERSON:
We are looking to speak to those from the following backgrounds:
- Having an electrical background is beneficial
- Previous experience or familiarity with electrical maintenance work is extremely advantageous
- Previous experience with industrial printing, coding, packaging, labelling, or marking equipment would be ideal
- Engineers or technicians with mechanical and electromechanical capabilities with different background experiences are also welcome to apply
- Any prior manufacturing/production maintenance experience is beneficial
THE PACKAGE:
- Salary: €48,000-€53,000 DOE
