Our client collaborates closely with healthcare institutions, clinics, and practitioners to offer a diverse portfolio of medical devices, equipment, and systems designed to elevate the standard of patient diagnosis, treatment, and overall well-being. An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Clinical Field Service Engineer. This opportunity arises from our client expanding business operations.

The Clinical Field Service Engineer will possess the skills and experience required to effectively handle day-to-day technical challenges and tasks related to the management, installation, training, maintenance, repair, and calibration of Our Client's comprehensive range of medical equipment at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

You will mainly cover the Dublin area with some in Leinster.

  • Provide medical equipment.
  • Perform maintenance and repair services.
  • Install and optimize hardware, software, and network products and configurations at customer sites.
  • Offer preventive maintenance advice and configuration recommendations to enhance product performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver fully integrated solutions, including peripherals, communications, operating systems, hardware, and application software.
  • Perform on-site equipment calibration for high-volume customers.
  • Document all actions and outcomes promptly.
  • Adhere rigorously to the quality standards mandated by our ISO certification.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Possession of a 3rd level qualification in electronic engineering / mechatronics.
  • Proficient technical problem-solving and fault-finding capabilities.
  • Strong IT, computer literacy, and networking skills.
  • Desirable experience working within the primary care or medical device sectors.
