We're recruiting a Field Service Engineer to cover the South M4 corridor, with candidates ideally based between Cardiff and Reading. Join a well-established, growing business that invests in its people.
The Role:
Deliver reactive maintenance and installations across software, electrical, and mechanical systems. Work with leading pharmaceutical and electronics clients, building strong relationships and adding value on-site. Includes occasional international travel for onboarding and training in the US and Europe. Average of 2 nights away per week.

Requirements:
- NVQ/HNC/HND (or equivalent)
- 2+ years' Field Service experience
- Experience working on manufacturing equipment in a multi-skilled capacity (automation experience desirable)
- Willing to travel (2-3 nights/week)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship required)
Package:
£40,000-£50,000 DOE | 24 days + banks | 5% pension | Training & development | Company vehicle (personal use) | Life insurance
