Customer Development Manager - Tobacco and Tobacco Alternative Products- Field based role

The Role: Outstanding opportunity for a Customer Development Manager to play an instrumental part in building, implementing and developing sales of our client's product range within a designated territory. You'll need to work cross functionally with other areas of sales and you will be supported by a strong committed team. This is a fast paced environment with a lot of the deals being closed on the same day. Not micro-managed, a lot of trust and autonomy within this role.

Requirements: To be considered for the Customer Development Manager role you must have:

  • 2 Years B2B sales experience
  • FMCG/Field Sales experience
  • Full clean UK Drivers License

The Package for Customer Development Manager:

  • Basic: £30,000-£32,500
  • Bonus / OTE: 30% of basic salary paid annually
  • Car: Hire car then company car once arrives
