55-58k basic + 30k OTE + Car allowance

Based in Kent, covering London and the South East

The role:

As a Security and Fire Field Sales Manager, you will be a key player in growing the business by leading a team of established sales people/surveyors and ensuring that the team consistently strives for success in achieving targets. The Field Sales Manager (FSM) is responsible for fostering and developing a high-performing team that meets and exceeds established metrics. Also responsible for embedding the sales process within their team through focused coaching and a leading-by-example environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Being the go to person for that team on day-to-day decision-making in terms of approach, products and pricing.
  • Be an escalation point for any perceived internal blockages and work collaboratively across departments to resolve issues.
  • Primary responsibility for onboarding new surveyors within the team.
  • Conducting documented One to One's with each member of the sales team monthly to review KPIs through the sales funnel and drive key strategic measures such as:
  • Pipeline management/forecasting
  • Maintenance and Monitoring (M&M) sales,
  • Field Based Initiatives
  • Key Accounts tracking
  • Field visits will allow for coaching and guidance of the team
  • Regular documented feedback to the Group Commercial Director on KPIs, market challenges, support/coaching required, products/offers or suggestions for marketing.

You:

You will be an existing sales team leader/manager ideally with a background in fire and security, however, we will consider someone who has previous experience in a similar install and service environment.
