Field Sales Executive - Drinks & Vending

Location: Field-based across South/Midlands (office/admin 1 day per week, some overnight travel)

Salary: Up to £33,000 + up to 10% bonus

Company Vehicle: Full use of a company van

Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC) with strong opportunities to remain with the company for high performers

Are you an ambitious sales professional looking to level up your field career? We're looking for a Field Sales Executive to manage and grow vending machines and chilled drink equipment at end-user locations across the South and Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some field sales experience, ideally in soft drinks, FMCG, or retail, to step into a role with clear career progression.


The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing vending machines and chillers at end-user locations, ensuring they are stocked, compliant, and performing.
  • Activating sales and promotions on approved soft drink brands (Celsius, Lucozade, Ribena) and POS materials.
  • Basic maintenance of machines and chillers to keep them operational.
  • Updating customer data and contracts, helping improve operational efficiency and asset compliance.
  • Supporting commercial growth by identifying new business opportunities and driving new vending placements where viable.

You'll work autonomously in the field, visiting sites 4 days per week, with one day for planning and admin, supported by your field and internal teams.


The Person

  • You have some field sales or customer-facing experience, ideally in soft drinks, FMCG, retail, or similar.
  • Confident, motivated, and results-driven - not afraid to knock on doors and engage business owners.
  • Organised with strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Enjoys building relationships with customers and internal teams alike.
  • Some technical or vending equipment knowledge is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
