We're recruiting for an experienced Fall Inspection Supervisor to join a leading specialist in work-at-height safety and compliance. You'll lead inspection activities across a varied client base, ensuring fall protection systems are inspected, maintained and certified to the highest standards while supporting and mentoring engineers in the field. The role is home-based and can be located anywhere in the UK, ideally within easy reach of a major city due to customer demand.
Requirements
- Previous experience inspecting fall protection systems is essential.
- Experience in a supervisory or senior inspection role is advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Full right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
- Happy to travel nationwide with approximately one overnight stay per week.
Package
- Up to £40,000 basic salary.
- Overtime typically worth £8,000+ per year (paid door-to-door after 40 hours).
- 37.5-hour week: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm finish Friday.
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays, increasing with service to 28 days + bank holidays.
