Innovative Irish building solutions company look to hire an Estimator for their growing team in Dublin.
THE COMPANY:
Our client is a highly reputable building solutions company in the Irish and UK construction market. At the cutting edge of energy efficient building technology, our client leads the way in their field in Ireland. As a result of their ongoing success, they now seek to hire a new Estimator to join their growing team in Dublin.
THE ROLE:
The successful Estimator will be based in the Dublin office and some days from home, and will be responsible for the following:
- Analysis of client specifications and drawings and prepare estimates based on requirements
- Preparation and submission of tender documents to client organisations
- Liaise with production regarding with production schedules
- Source and procurement of equipment and material requirements
- Attend presentations and client meetings when required
THE PERSON:
For this estimator role, we are looking to speak to candidates that can display the following:
- Must have prior experience quantity surveying or estimating experience
- Ability to read and interpret project drawings
- Experience, or familiarity with construction take-offs is highly desired
- Candidates with qualifications in in quantity surveying, estimating or other engineering roles are urged to apply
THE PACKAGE:
- Salary: €55000 - €70000 DOE
- Hybrid working
