Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 DOE + Pension & Healthcare

The Role
An excellent opportunity for a Graduate or Junior Estimator to develop within a structured commercial team, gaining exposure across the full project lifecycle:
- Support tendering, estimating and commercial activities
- Assist with quantity take-offs, pricing and subcontractor enquiries
- Help prepare project budgets, cashflows and cost reports
- Support procurement processes and subcontractor analysis
- Assist with valuations, variations and commercial reporting
- Work closely with Contracts Managers and Commercial teams
The Person
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or similar
- Open to graduates through to candidates with a few years' experience
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Proficient in MS Office, with an interest in construction estimating
