The role of the Director of Digital Demand Generation:

This role focuses on three main areas of demand generation, Content, User Experience and driving traffic to over 20 websites, across 17 languages. Managing a team of over 6 people, and specialist agencies and working with Specialist stakeholders in performance, automation and marketing internally to drive demand across all digital channels. Working closely with Marketing Stakeholders to maximise the adoption of digital. This role will encompass, Paid Media, Content, UX, SEO, Email, Marketing Automation, Demand Gen, Campaigns and Social, to name a few. Utilising data and insights to guide future campaigns, and develop best practise.

The company are looking for a marketer with Digital Demand Generation experience.

Responsibilities for the position of Director Digital Demand Generation include:

  • Planning and optimisation of Digital Demand Generation channels
  • $MM Budget Management
  • Manage a team of Six +
  • Communicate and consult with marketing function to advise and support
  • Maximise the success of marketing automation
  • Managing Digital Agencies

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • 10 years b2b digital marketing experience Tech or Services or mix
  • Love figuring out what customers are doing online and why
  • Strong communication skills to be able to translate data into actions
  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools like Eloqua
  • Experience working in a large matrix org
  • Management/ Leadership Experience

The Package for Director of Digital Demand Generation:

  • Salary: £80,000-£95,000
  • Bonus, Car, Pension, 25 days holiday

Location: The position of Director of Digital Marketing manager is Hybrid with 2/3 days in office/home
