We are recruiting on behalf of a multinational enterprise that's undergoing significant growth across its mid-market and enterprise segments. They're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute paid media strategy that drives visibility, lead generation, and business performance on a global scale.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Digital Demand, you'll play a key role in building and optimising digital media campaigns across a range of paid channels including SEM/PPC, Display, Programmatic, Paid Social, and Affiliate. You'll work closely with agency partners, regional field teams, SEO specialists, and content creators to ensure strategic alignment and commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the global paid media strategy for mid-market and enterprise segments
- Manage budgets across multiple digital channels to maximise ROI and performance
- Lead testing and experimentation across platforms, formats, and creative
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimise landing pages, copy, and user experience
- Own agency relationships and ensure delivery against KPIs and timelines
- Monitor performance metrics across the full marketing funnel, using tools such as Google Ads, Analytics, Looker, and Salesforce
- Identify opportunities to expand into new regions and digital channels
- Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external policies
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience in digital performance marketing
- Experience working in global B2B Technology organisations
- Proven track record of building demand generation strategies and optimising lead quality
- Deep knowledge of paid channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
- Experience managing media agencies and vendor relationships
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and project management capabilities
- Experience with international campaign execution and localisation
- Agile marketing or project experience would be a plus
