The Role of Digital Marketing Manager:

This is a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager role, reporting to the Head of Ecommerce and Digital. The role will take ownership of developing and growing the digital marketing channels, accelerating new customer acquisition in the UK and Ireland markets, for both B2B and DTC (use in Industrial, Commercial and Consumer markets).

The role involves managing a Social Media Content Creator and external Digital Marketing agencies to oversee and execute paid search activity, exploring an affiliate program, and directing and executing an email plan.

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to grow a team of staff within the digital department.

The responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive DTC website traffic and generate B2B leads
  • Set up and manage digital marketing activity across search, display, social (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, FB, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit), email, and affiliate marketing
  • Ownership of the annual marketing calendar and budget
  • Improve and grow paid digital ROI (return on investment)
  • Seek out and nurture influencer and long-term brand ambassador agreements
  • Build social media as a sales channel, capitalise on individual customer audiences
  • Produce and direct content creation using influencers, freelancers and agencies
  • Work with the Head of Ecommerce to optimise SEO friendly site content for campaigns
  • Work with a Marketplace Manager on advertising plan
  • Align strategy between B2B and DTC efforts on promotions and campaigns
  • Manage a social media content creator and external agencies
  • Monthly tracking and reporting on marketing KPI metrics

To be considered for the role of Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Have experience working with content creators, agencies and technology stack's
  • Experience of marketing products through a variety of channels - e-commerce / DTC / Premium brand business
  • Proven record of delivering profitable revenue growth in previous roles
  • Proficient user in Google business suite, Meta Ads, TikTok ads, Klaviyo and Shopify
  • Use of social media platforms as selling channels
  • Great analytical skills, ability to use data and metrics to evaluate outcomes
  • Excellent initiative, creative and ambitious, commercial common sense is absolutely essential
  • Willing to work in the UK office, based in Ascot. 1-2 days a week

The Package for the role of Digital Marketing Manager includes:

  • £40,000 to £45,000 basic salary
  • Hybrid working
  • Pension 6%
  • 25 days annual leave

Location: The position of Digital Marketing Manager is based in Ascot 1-2 days per week, with hybrid working as standard.
