The role:

As a Customs Brokerage Agent, you'll play an important role in keeping international goods moving.

You'll be responsible for:

• Processing customs documentation accurately
• Working with customers and colleagues to resolve queries
• Tracking shipments and updating internal systems
• Ensuring freight moves efficiently and complies with customs requirements
• Delivering excellent customer service every day

We're looking for people who:

Working pattern:
📍 Office-based in Bristol
The role also includes 3-4 hours every other month, paid at enhanced overtime rates:
💸 1.5x pay on Saturdays
💸 2x pay on Sundays
