Sector: Advertising and Sponsorship Delivery for financial services conferences
Location: London - a short walk from Bank station.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
The Role: A well-established name in the investment industry is looking for a dynamic and proactive Account Manager. Drawing on their previous experience in client facing, corporate role, the Account Manager will assist with the customer journey, ensuring all sponsorship and advertising packages brought are delivered in a timely manner and to the client's satisfaction. The Account Manager will work alongside internal marketing and operation teams, nudging their clients to send them across any materials needed for their sponsorship/advertising packages ! The Account Manager will draw on previous client facing experience to maintain contact with their clients communicate and nudge clients.
The Future: The successful Customer Success Manager will shadow the hiring manager to learn the ropes. This is a unique opportunity to gain one to one training and coaching with the hiring manager, who has a 16 year legacy in the company! Once the Customer Success Manager is fully up to speed, they will start to drive new business acquisition as well as complete their Customer Success Manager duties. Driving new business acquisition will include prospecting new clients and closing new business deals.

Requirements: To be a Customer Success Manager in this exciting, well-established, and fast-growing company, you must have:
· 1+ years of B2B sales experience.
· Client facing experience is essential.
· Phone based experience is essential.
