An exciting opportunity currently exists for an organised, personable individual within Customer Service.

THE ROLE: Working out of the office based in Cardiff for 25hrs per week. As a Export Customer Service Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Distributor network, ensuring the swift and accurate processing of export orders, including service repairs and returns. Prepare all export documentation and manage carrier selection to optimize budgeted expenditure. Provide professional quotations to end users/overseas distributors and maintain effective departmental administration, including managing the complaints procedure outlined in our Quality Procedures manual. Full company and product training will be provided.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: To be considered for this role, we are looking for candidates with experience in Customer Service / Admin / Computer literate (able to use Microsoft word & excel) with an excellent telephone manner and organisation skills. Whilst not essential candidates with ability to speak a second language i.e. French, Spanish, German, Italian - this will enhance your application.
