You will be looking to join a young, energetic team based in North Dublin.
Managing existing relationships and handling inbound calls, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service.
This organisation is a well respected building products company that sells a diverse range of solutions to end users, builders, retailers, and building merchants.
It is essential you are highly organised and you take pride in your high level of attention to detail. You will be comfortable working in the office and receiving a high volume of customer service calls.
The calls will vary from customer to customer. You might be dealing with a pricing inquiry, processing an order, or dealing with the logistics of an expected delivery. The ability to think on your feet and ensure a high level of customer service is delivered is essential.
