Customer Development Manager - FMCG- Field based role

Te Role: Outstanding opportunity for a Customer Development Manager to play an instrumental part in building, implementing and developing sales of our client's product range within a designated territory. You'll need to work cross functionally with other areas of sales and you will be supported by a strong committed team. This is a fast paced environment with a lot of the deals being closed on the same day. You will not be micro-managed, there will be a lot of trust and autonomy within this role. You will manage convenience and wholesale customers to drive availability and sales of lighters, rolling papers and filters.

Requirements: To be considered for the Customer Development Manager role you must have:

· Previous experience in B2B sales (internal or external)
· Full clean UK Drivers License

The Package for Customer Development Manager:

· Basic: £28,000-£30,000
· Bonus / OTE: 30% of basic salary paid annually
· Company Car
